ATLANTA - The impact of e-commerce on the supply chain will be a key topic at the upcoming Sandow Media Logistics Conference, set for June 11-12 at AmericasMart in Atlanta.
"With the growth rate of online sales, which are expected to generate $231 billion for U.S. retailers this year, continuing to outpace that of brick and mortar stores, we had to include this session at our event," said Ray Allegrezza, Furniture/Today editor in chief and conference moderator.
To help explore this topic with attendees, a panel at the conference will feature online retailers including Mike O'Hanlon from Wayfair, Lenny Kharitonov from Unlimited Furniture Group and Tony Heslin from LoveSac.
The panel will also feature Patrick Cory of Core Home Delivery.
"With more and more home furnishings being sold online, and with total online sales expected to reach $370 billion by 2017, this panel will be key to retailers, suppliers and logistics firms," Allegrezza said.
Casual Living and sister publication Furniture/Today are both owned by Sandow Media.
