Phifer injects French flair with Jardin de Rose fabrics
Casual Living Staff -- Casual Living, October 12, 2011
Phifer's Designed Fabrics Jardin de Rose Collection conjures images of outdoor relaxation with a selection of cushion and coordinating sling furniture fabrics that pair deep reds with warm gray and charcoal, reminiscent of weathered stone walls and limestone wine cellars.
Jardin de Rose
During the summer, Phifer introduced its SheerWeave Performance+ sun control fabrics, which combine the performance of traditional SheerWeave fabric with highly reflective metallization technology. These fabrics act as a thermal barrier at the window, reflecting solar heat from the building, reducing the amount of glare at the window and increasing the outward view through the shade.
Phifer also added its Excellent UltraVue Insect Screen (eVis) for the total screening package. UltraVue offers ultimate visibility as well as superior ventilation and protection from disease-carrying insects. With 15% greater openness over conventional insect screening, UltraVue offers better airflow and ventilation.
For clean breathing, UltraVue is GREENGUARD certified for indoor air quality performance and meets the more stringent GEI Children and Schools standards for commercial use. UltraVue is infused with Microban antimicrobial protection, which provides an additional level of cleanliness protection that won't wash off or wear away for the lifetime of the screen.
