The events will be held on Oct. 13, opening day of the High Point Market.

Join them for the fast-paced, fun and free seminar that will give you the inside track on how to work the largest home fashion show in the world.
• The Mutual Mentorship Model: Peer Sharing for a Collective Win

Lisa Ferguson offers a unique way to exchange tips, tools and ideas with other designers and retailers through peer mentoring. She and Decor Mentor design pros Kati Curtis, Jennifer Brouwer and Lisa Kahn will share best practices and case studies, showcasing how working with your competition can actually elevate your business.
• Elevate Your Business Workshop
4 p.m. in the Innovation showroom, #300 at 220 Elm
Lisa Ferguson and her team of mentors have more than 100 years of combined experience and will offer proven, yet fresh, tips and tools to elevate your business. This intensive workshop for design pros will show you how to work through top "pain points." You must pre-register to attend the workshop by emailing email@example.com.
Also during the High Point Market, the popular interactive and educational installation titled ELEVATE will be located once again in the 3rd floor lobby of 220 Elm. Designed by Lisa Ferguson, ELEVATE allows design pros to post their business cards and take cards left by others in an exchange of expertise, encouragement and inspiration.
The ELEVATE wall will be launched on Saturday, Oct. 13, with a cocktail event that begins at 4:45 p.m. in the 3rd floor lobby of 220 Elm, a co-host for the event. The wall will remain up through all six days of High Point Market.
