Exclusive Research on the Outdoor Contract Market

Outdoor manufacturers report the contract/hospitality business is more diversified than it was a year ago, according to those responding to Casual Living's exclusive Contract Outdoor Market Survey.
In 2013, replacement products accounted for 27% of vendor's contract jobs; compared with 40% in 2012.
Casual Living magazine surveyed casual and outdoor vendors as well as designers to gain a better understanding of the outdoor contract and hospitality market.
Responding vendors and designers provided answers to online surveys in February and March 2013. Sixty-two percent of vendor respondents estimate 2012 contract casual furniture sales to be $4.9 million or less; 38% estimate sales to be $5 million or more.
