HIGH POINT — Sherrill Furniture is moving three of its division showrooms to the newly renovated third floor of Sheraton Place, 315 Fred Alexander Place, in time for this month's High Point Market.
The showrooms of Precedent, including Dwell Studio for Precedent, Motioncraft and Sherrill Occasional are relocating as part of a renovation project. Sherrill is remodeling the entire third floor of Sheraton Place, about 30,000 square feet.
"Sherrill Furniture, Whittemore-Sherrill leather, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard for Sherrill Furniture, located on the first and second floors, will all benefit from the redesign," said Michael Delgaudio, Sherrill vice president and corporate creative director.
The improvements include a new elevator located adjacent to the front entrance of Sheraton Place. The relocation of Motioncraft and Sherrill Occasional will provide space for future tenants on the second floor, the company said.
The company's Hickory White and Lillian August for Hickory White brands will remain in a separate space at 309 N. Hamilton St.
The spring market runs April 20-25.
