Casual Living Staff -- Casual Living, April 30, 2013
With 20 years of experience in marketing, management and business development in the propane and hearth industries, Brady brings to the company comprehensive knowledge of both the commercial and retail aspects of the business.
"Dayne's expertise goes far beyond industry proficiency," said Thomas A. Tarantin, president and CEO of Tarantin Industries. "He is skilled at brand-building, employee management and growing business outside traditional venues."
"Dayne's success at driving growth and his passion for strengthening partner relationships with customers, vendors and staff makes him a tremendous asset to our team," Tarantin said.
Another of Brady's goals is to enhance the company's customer service experience through expanded dealer service-training programs and increased back-up technical support.
"Our objective is to help customers grow their own knowledge base, and to offer our wealth of experience to help solve any problems they encounter in the field," Brady said. "We'll go beyond our call of duty to ensure they'll be taken care of 100% to help them grow their business. My philosophy is that customer service is paramount."
Brady will also be tasked with implementing new technologies and maximizing logistical efficiencies at the company's six distribution centers. Based at Tarantin Industries headquarters in Freehold, N.J., Brady will travel extensively throughout the company's territory, working directly with customers. He will continue to serve on the board of directors for the National Propane Gas Association.
In addition, Steve Mangano has joined Tarantin Industries as a sales representative for Long Island and New Jersey. A seasoned industry professional, Mangano accrued 20 years of sales experience while in his previous position for Empire Comfort Systems, serving the propane industry and leisure lifestyle markets.
In addition to expanding sales in his region, Mangano will be responsible for training other sales staff at Tarantin Industries.
"My goal is to ensure that our company's sales force is well-equipped with the tools they need to be successful at growing business in their territory," he said. "I enjoy training and educating people very much and I am looking forward to the opportunity to make a good sales force even better."
"Steve's expertise and enthusiasm strengthens our sales team and augments our ability to be the leading wholesale distributor in the markets we serve," Tarantin said. "His talents will be a great resource to us in delivering exceptional service to our customers, which is at the very core of our brand."
