BioGuard recognized for customer satisfaction

BioGuard, a leading pool and spa care product manufacturer, has been awarded the prestigious Northface ScoreBoard Award for customer satisfaction for the third consecutive year. This award is presented by the Omega Management Group Corporation using its ScoreBoard Benchmark Index, which measures business-to-business customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings to determine the recipients.
The Northface ScoreBoard Award not only recognizes exemplary customer service, but also acknowledges companies that are committed to exceeding their customers’ expectations. BioGuard will be formally presented with the 2006 Northface ScoreBoard Award at the SCORE 2007 annual conference, to be held at the Seaport Hotel in Boston on June 13.
