Casual Classics Furniture Group expands

Casual Classics Furniture Group has expanded by adding five new owners and 53 stores in North America and Puerto Rico.
According to Managing Director Buzz Homsy, “Casual Classics Furniture Group is now the largest member owned buying group servicing the casual furniture industry. It now has 31 owners who own and operate 185 locations in North America and Puerto Rico.”
Casual Classics Furniture Group trades in the mid retail price range for patio furniture of all types as well as accessories, patio heaters, outdoor rugs and seasonal Christmas trim. All products are manufactured to design specifications outlined by Casual Classics and bear the Casual Classics’ brand hangtag wherever shown. Owners operate stores in territorially protected areas in North America and Puerto Rico.
The latest expansion added the following members to the furniture buying group: Furniture Outlets USA of Sioux Falls, S.D., operating six stores headed by Gordy Wallenstein; Jack Wills Casual Furniture of Tulsa, Okla., operating three stores headed by Jack Wills III; Namco of Manchester, Conn., with 40 stores under administrator Jim Tillona; Season’s Leisure/Pool Patio and More of Atherton, Calif., with three stores operated by Steven and Ginger Cohen, and Amini’s Galleria of St. Louis, Mo., with one store headed by Arash Amini.
Returning after a four-year absence is Litehouse Pools and Spas of Strongsville Ohio, one of the founders of Casual Classics Furniture Group in 2001. Litehouse operates 13 stores and is headed by Chris Curcio.
