New River Furniture names sales rep of the year 

Fred Gilbert receives first award

New River Casual Furniture named Fred Gilbert of Casual Resources, Inc., 2007 sales representative of the year at the company’s National Sales Meeting in Virginia Beach, Va. Gilbert has been with New River Casual Furniture as New England sales representative since the company began in 2005.
      
“Fred’s across-the-board sales performance over the past few years and consistent contribution to our company and valued customers reflect the dedication of New River’s entire sales force to providing our customers the highest level of service,” said Michael Mettendorf, vice president, sales and marketing. “It was not an easy decision for our team to choose from our highly talented group of sales representatives, all of whom have greatly contributed to New River’s quick success in this exciting industry.” 
      
This is New River’s first year to honor its sales team with this award.
