Bella-Dura adds MJ Ramos to merchandising and design team

NEW YORK - Performance textiles manufacturer Bella-Dura has hired MJ Ramos to its merchandising and design team, the company announced.
With more than 20 years of expertise in the in the manufacturing and distribution of luxury textiles and trimmings, Ramos brings her "extensive experience, impeccable eye and design acumen" to Bella-Dura, according to a company press release.
"MJ is an exceptionally talented individual with an incredible eye and intuition for design," said Bella-Dura/Wearbest CEO Irwin Gasner. "Her past collaborations have produced many of the best-selling fabrics and trim in production today. We are honored and thrilled to have her on our team. We are already planning some amazing things."
Ramos began her career at Sunbury Textile Mills and later moved on to become the creator of the Highland Court brand, a luxury division of an international wholesaler. Highland Court is characterized by its "livable opulence, elegant damasks, luminous silks and plush textures coordinated with beautiful trim and has become a favored resource for interior designers worldwide," the release states.
"I specialize in working with textile manufacturers, trimming mills, wholesale distributors and private companies around the world," Ramos said. "My passion is to bring these companies to ‘the next level' in their business by creating (and) adding new ranges of decorative products, new collections and color stories. I am beyond excited to start working with Bella-Dura.
