Homeowners can now help raise money for the fight against cancer by raising a new breast cancer awareness flag.
Magnet Works, a provider of outdoor accessories, is now selling BreezeArt premium decorative flags featuring a limited edition pink ribbon design to raise money for cancer treatment, prevention and education for the underserved.
"Because breast cancer has affected so many near and dear to us here at Magnet Works, this was something we felt was important to do," company Co-founder Sue Todd said.
Available now, Magnet Works' inspiring Hope yard flag has been designed by the company's own Creative Director and breast cancer survivor Cathy Gigliotti.
"In creating the design, I drew upon my own feelings and experiences as a cancer patient and survivor," Gigliotti said.
The flag features a striking pink breast cancer awareness ribbon with words of strength, hope and courage incorporated throughout. "As a five-year survivor, I am thrilled to help others show they care while helping raise money for the cause," Gigliotti said.
All net profits from the sale of BreezeArt flags featuring the Hope design will be donated to the Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center to support breast health outreach programs for underserved women including screening, mammography and other life-saving breast diagnostic services. According to Magnet Works co-founder Curt Todd, "Siteman's mission of cancer prevention, treatment and education is very close to our hearts. We're proud to donate to such a well-respected institution."
The Hope BreezeArt yard flags come with a MSRP of $10.99 for garden size flags and $21.99 for standard size flags. They are machine washable, iron safe and feature Magnet Works' exclusive SolarSilk fabric for durable construction and magnificent drape with superior fade and mildew resistance.
