Having worked with Paul Yandell, I know first hand that Cal Spas got a great professional. His knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality is exceptional. Given time he will put his imprint on the company's product line and Cal Spas will benefit from his expertise.

Mr. Yandell should read the online comments about the quality of his company's products and the service it provides. He has taken on a considerably larger job than he probably could have imagined.
