Michael Buzzella, president of Pavilion Furniture, Inc., manufacturer of high-end indoor/outdoor furniture, recently reiterated his company's zero tolerance policy for any company infringing on its patents.
“Buyers must hold their suppliers responsible for the products they are purchasing,” Buzzella said.
Previously, four companies have received letters from Pavilion's patent attorneys and have withdrawn their products as a result of the strength of Pavilion's patents.
“Pavilion spends thousands of dollars to create original designs and will spend thousands more protecting its intellectual property,” Buzzella said.
