Fill their needs
Casual Living's exclusive Buying Trends survey explored how consumers use their outdoor living spaces. You should do the same thing with every customer who comes through your door. Ask them how they want to use their outdoor space and help them find the products that will make the space work for them. Do they entertain family and friends often? Do their kids have friends over? Or do they want a quiet retreat to relax and read a good book?
