Padma's Plantation has signed a licensing agreement with World Vineyards to focus on outdoor all-weather wicker furniture, which will be shown at the High Point furniture market in April.
The World Vineyards lifestyle brand, in partnership with lead licensee Klaussner Furniture, was launched at the October International Home Furnishings Market. Home accents vendors StyleCraft Lamps, Hellenic Rug Imports, Natural Creations and 2-Day Designs were among the manufacturers introducing World Vineyards licensed products.
Jim Williams, president of World Vineyards, said the brand targets 54 million adults in the United States who are passionate about wine, home entertaining and living casual lifestyles by creating a broad variety of products inspired by the many unique vineyard regions around the world and the lifestyles that they reflect.
Product collections started with the Napa Valley, California "melting pot" and will expand seasonally to regions of Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Australia, South America, Washington state, South Africa and more. The brand will partner with local vineyards with each geographically based seasonal collection to help build brand personality and authenticity.
