Patio Classic changes owners

Patio Classic, a grill and accessories manufacturer, remained based in Louisville, Ky., after it changed owners last fall.
"We've been in distribution before," new owner Charles Marra said during the HPBA Expo. "It was a small company and we just decided to step up to the plate. We have customers all over the country and we export, too."
The Patio Classic brand originated in 1998 following nine years as Kingsford Pro Charcoal Grills, produced by Porcelain Metals Corporation. Patio Classic now offers two-, three- and four-burner gas grills along with an oval-shaped charcoal grill, accessories and replacement parts. Patio Classics also offers the Barbecue Bucket, a compact, portable charcoal grill with 150-square-inch cooking surface.
I've been searching for "Patio Classic Gas Grill"
"Model NZ400-S-LP" for parts.
I went to thier web site and it only shows the units, but doesn't allow access to any parts or a way to purchase anything. It also shows phone numbers in the manual and online that are all disconnected.
YES i would say, as of 6-25-2010 they
are " OUT OF BUSINESS ".
If anyone knows of a parts supplier or someone that have universal parts (looking for 4 cast iron burners original part #PC149021)
PLEASE email me b4nowon@yahoo.com.
Your HELP and INPUT would be Highly Appreciated.

I have been searching for a new Patio Classic #1000.
I am having trouble finding one. Can you help me?
I have bought 2 for myself, one for a friend in the resturant business, and three more as prizes for a county fair cookout contest. They are the greatest charcoal grill ever. My friend in the resturant wore his out and needs a new one by New Years Eve. But I have to put it together first. I''ve gotten quite good at it. Thank you in advance. Bruce Dahms
