2005 Backyard Living Expo opens exhibit space sales

Staff -- Casual Living, 2/1/2005 12:00:00 AM

Exhibit space sales have begun for the newly created Backyard Living Expo, to be held Nov. 1–3 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

The Backyard Living Expo will be held side-by-side with the International Pool & Spa Expo's exhibit hall. In total, the combined shows will encompass more than 2,600 booths, which will catapult the show into the top half of the Tradeshow Week Top 200.

"The response to the Backyard Living Expo and the co-location with the International Pool & Spa Expo has been overwhelmingly positive," Senior Show Director Rick McConnell said.

To be eligible for the space draw, exhibitors must submit completed applications and contracts to show management by March 25. All space applications received by the deadline will be included in the initial space draw. Applications received after the March 25 deadline will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitors will represent manufacturers, distributors and representatives displaying products, services and equipment for the backyard living industry, with products that include barbecues, hearth, landscape, lawn & garden, casual furniture, lighting, decking, outdoor pool rooms, fencing, patio furniture, fixtures, playscape, fountains/water features, recreational, gazebos/enclosures, sinks, grill accessories, sports equipment, toys/games, hammocks/swings, statuary, home automation systems, stereo/TV equipment and indoor/outdoor appliances.
