Woodard Worldwide announces organizational changes

Michael Horsfield joins company, Todd Heinzelman relocates

      Woodard hired Michael Horsfield as director of sales for Woodard Worldwide. A division of Woodard, Woodard Worldwide manufactures and markets direct import products for both national accounts and specialty retailers.

      Horsfield brings more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the lawn and garden industry, working with both national account and specialty channels. His most recent position was national sales manager with Pacific Casual.       “We are very excited to have Mike join the Woodard Worldwide sales organization,” Woodard President Dean Engelage said. “He has a long history of sales experience with national accounts in the outdoor category and will be a great addition to the Woodard Worldwide team.”       Todd Heinzelman, formerly Woodard Worldwide national account sales manager, has relocated to Woodard’s China factory in Hangzhou, China as director of business development –Asia. “Todd has been a solid asset to the Woodard Worldwide sales organization the last three years,” Engelage said. “I am confident that the passion he has for the outdoor furniture industry, coupled with his presence in China, will take the Woodard Worldwide organization to another level.”       Heinzelman’s key roles will be to lead the product development process and provide onsite coverage for operational issues, while still retaining some of his key national accounts.
