Paddock Pools & Spas promoted Ted Ciccone to vice president of marketing and advertising. Ciccone has been with the company since February and previously worked for Black & Decker, Stanley Tools and Masco. He has been honored four times by the Industrial Designers' Society of America. Ciccone will oversee all marketing and advertising activities for new pool construction, pool remodeling and portable spas.

Scott Coogan was named vice president of design & product development of Carter Grandle. Coogan previously designed for Pride Family Brands, Brown Jordan International and Pompeii Furniture.

New River Casual Furniture has appointed Coombs Marketing as its marketing agency. Brent Crane also was hired as operations manager. Crane recently served as logistics manager for Tyndall Creek Furniture. Chanel Davis was hired as customer service manager. Michael Mettendorf was hired as vice president, sales and marketing.

Classic Cushions & Umbrellas has named Greenberg & Associates as its sales representative organization for Florida. Classic also hired Jeff Carlson to cover North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, the Florida Panhandle and Georgia.

Gary Parrott was named operations manager of the International Design Source's newly created casual furniture division. Parrott previously was sales manager of Suncoast Furniture and vice president of retail sales and marketing for Pavilion and Pompeii furniture companies.
