Design to Go

Cohen Design Centers launch weblog

-- Casual Living, 10/30/2009 12:40:00 PM

Pull back the curtains to reveal a design center treasure trove of luxury home decorations by visiting Go Design Go www.godesigngo.com.

The weblog, a first to be offered by a leading design center, will be available in English and Spanish editions, according to Charles S. Cohen, president, CEO and owner of Cohen Design Centers. Cohen’s design center properties include New York's Decoration & Design Building (D&D), West Hollywood's Pacific Design Center (PDC), Southeast Florida's Design Center of the Americas in Dania Beach (DCOTA) and the Decorative Center of Houston (DCH).

Go Design Go will provide access to top designers and high quality home furnishings merchandise in a one-stop resource for luxury home decorating solutions. Providing an unprecedented opportunity for design enthusiasts to preview luxury home furnishing products from Cohen Design Center's more than 400 "to-the-trade-only" showrooms and to purchase them through a new shopping service, Go Design Go will also offer design advice from America's leading manufacturers and designers.

The newly-formed Cohen Design Center Design Council is comprised of an exclusive group of international professionals from the interior design and architecture industries. Members include Mario Buatta, Ellie Cullman, Barry Dixon, Jamie Drake, Phillip Gorrivan, Victoria Hagan, Rita Konig, Amanda Nisbet, Miles Redd, Katie Ridder, Scott Salvator, Bill Stubbs, Bradley Thiergartner and Carlton Varney. The Council members will be polled for the latest trends in home design, featured in the blog's content and will offer input into the Design Centers' events and markets.
