Terra Furniture announces the retirement of Ken Burrows, a partner and president for 37 years.

Gary Stafford, Burrow’s partner for all 37 years, will assume the overall management of the City of Industry, Calif.-based casual and outdoor furniture manufacturer.

Jerry Rosengren has joined Terra as vice president, sales and marketing. Rosengren brings 25 years of experience in the home furnishings industry, most recently as a partner in Huntington Advertising and Public Relations. Rosengren will report directly to Stafford.

Burrows’ work was instrumental in positioning Terra as a leading manufacturer in the casual industry. He said he has enjoyed working with industry friends and looks forward to continuing those relationships.

Terra Furniture also announced the addition of two sales representatives.

Laura Freitag will be covering Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. She brings a solid base of design customers with her and is sure to do an exceptional job in her territory, Burrows said.

Drew Halpern, who has a long line of casual furniture customers, will be covering the state of Florida.
