Paddock Pools, Patios & Spas opens superstore and holiday shop

Offers unique products

-- Casual Living, 12/5/2005 7:42:00 AM

Paddock Pools, Patios & Spas officially opened its 15,000-sq.-ft. outdoor living superstore on Saturday, Nov. 12 in Chandler, Ariz.

The superstore provides a one-stop shop for Chandler and Gilbert residents to fulfill all their backyard needs. It offers the Valley’s largest selection of unique products in a variety of categories including pool supplies, pool toys and games, patio furnishings, decorative accessories, fire pits, custom BBQ grills and outdoor kitchens. Opening just in time for the holidays, the store also exhibits Paddock’s Magic of Christmas display, which includes a selection of pre-lit and non-lit Christmas trees, collectible ornaments, wreaths, garland, reindeer and decorating accessories. “We have a complete new store design that will make it easy, fun and affordable for everyone to enjoy their back yard whether they have a large yard or small patio, a pool or no pool,” said David Ghiz, president of Paddock’s retail division. On Nov. 26, Paddock also opened a holiday season only Magic of Christmas location in the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The 6,000-sq.-ft. store located directly across from the food court features Paddock’s pre-lit and non-lit Christmas trees, decorations, yard décor, garland, wreaths and gift items. The mall holiday shop will close on Jan. 10, 2006. “Our buyers shop year-round to find the most innovative and unique holiday items,” Ghiz said. “This store is a showcase of holiday décor shoppers won’t find anywhere else this season.” In addition to an extensive selection of products at its superstore, guests who do not own a pool or spa can meet with onsite design consultants. Pool shoppers can envision their new pool with the help of an indoor pool display complete with custom water features, Paddock’s exclusive “Wet Edge” design, and PCC2000 state of the art cleaning system. Those looking for a soothing spa experience will be able to bring a swimsuit and take a test dip in the largest selection of Sundance Spas in the Southwest. Anyone needing a little help creating an outdoor space can get free design services from Paddock’s exterior designers. These designers specialize in creating personalized outdoor family rooms and assist store guests with coordinating furniture, fabric, lighting and accent accessories for a complete and inviting backyard living experience.
