Casual Cushion expands, relocates
Staff -- Casual Living, 9/1/2007 12:00:00 AM
Casual Cushion Corp. has moved its manufacturing facility from Hollywood, Fla. to Rock Hill, S.C. All production and shipments were being made from its new location, effective Aug. 20.
In addition to its move to a 60,000-sq.-ft., state-of-the-art building in a Class A industrial park, Casual Cushion announced several promotions among its senior management team. Ernie Siesel, who founded the company nearly 30 years ago, was promoted to chairman from president, and will serve in an advisory capacity. His sons, who joined the company several years ago, have also been promoted. Mike Siesel was named president of the company and Jason Siesel will serve as vice president.
The company announced Norm Feld, sales manager for the past 20 years, will be leaving the company. He has chosen not to move to South Carolina, but will assist with the company's transition. "Norm has been an incredible asset to Casual Cushion over the last two decades," Siesel said. "He will be missed, and we wish him the best."
