Everyone is looking for more value these days, and a growing number of casual furniture manufacturers are addressing that demand with furnishings that are more than the eye can see. Whether it's a stool with a hidden compartment or a dining set that tucks neatly into a cube, consumers like furniture that offers some element of surprise without lacking in design.

	The Spa Lounge from Domus Ventures is highlighted by reclining and massage functions. Powered with ion batteries, the lounge is silent in operation and also comes with an optional side table that includes a solar panel.
The Altaro drop-leaf oval table from Les Jardins was built for those of us who always forget the extra fork or napkin as we sit for dinner. The table includes a hidden chest in the center where tabletop items can be stored and readily available.
	Nuevo'sHourglass and Vessel structures are comprised of four chairs and a coffee table stylistically stacked to create the weatherproof resin and aluminum pieces.
The Seneca dining set by Kannoa is the perfect example of added functionality to furniture design. The four rounded back chairs are placed inside the table to create a sleek, modern cylinder.
	From Outback Chair, the Outer Edge Studio Collection features a modern open weave rattan design paired with aluminum. The table fits inside the base of the chair for compact storage.
The Etta Collection by 4 Seasons is designed with small spaces in mind and features a unique tuck-away ottoman. The ottoman cushion slides into a built-in shelf for storage when not in use.
