Crown Organization evaluates strategic options for Woodard

In discussions with financial and operating partners

The Crown Family, owner of Woodard LLC for more than 20 years, has recently decided to evaluate its portfolio of operating businesses.

Specifically, earlier this year the family divested the majority of their golf and theatre operations and have been engaged in discussions with potential financial and operating partners to evaluate the strategic options for Woodard, but nothing has been finalized at this time.

“The management team fully supports the Crown family during this process of evaluation,” said Dean Engelage, president of Woodard. “We remain focused on current execution and are committed to building on our success in the future. Woodard is well positioned for continued growth and improvement.”
