The Chair King expands into Dallas
Staff -- Casual Living, 7/1/2006 12:00:00 AM
The Chair King will soon open its first casual furniture store in Dallas, President David Barish announced. This is to be the first of six stores planned to open in 2006–07 in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
"With over 36,000 square feet, this will not only be the largest casual furniture store in Dallas but one of the largest in the nation," Barish said.
The Chair King, a 56-year-old retail chain, will make extensive renovations to the site within the North Dallas Design District to bring the store in line with the retailer's prototype concept.
"Our vendors and customers have been asking us to come to Dallas for years," Chairman Marvin Barish said. "So now the wait is over and Dallas customers will be able to enjoy the same great values that customers in South Texas enjoy."
We would love your feedback!
