Glen Raven names distribution division Tri Vantage

Glen Raven named its new distribution division Tri Vantage, representing the merger of three specialty fabric makers.

The new brand follows months of consolidation. In May 2007, Glen Raven acquired long-standing business partners The Astrup Company and John Boyle & Company, two of the nation’s largest distributors of fabrics, hardware and finishing supplies for the casual furniture, awning, marine and sign industries.
