Lucas-Bond BBQ Group emerges

Bond Manufacturing Co. and Lucas BBQ Co. Ltd. have completed a joint venture agreement, creating the Lucas-Bond Group.
     
Bond’s investment in Lucas will provide a stable production and distribution platform as well as maximize operational, distribution and marketing efficiencies. Bond assumed all sales, marketing and program development responsibilities.
     
The Lucas-Bond Group will continue to operate production facilities in southern China, with showrooms in Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Bay Point, Calif. Its North American operations will be headquartered in Bay Point, Calif.
