Plenty of new products offering creative solutions

The Companion Group is celebrating its 25th anniversary with plenty of new, innovative patent-pending products that offer consumers creative solutions to their grilling and entertaining needs.

V-shaped Gas Grill Smoker Box

The new V-shaped Gas Grill Smoker Box delivers smoky flavor via a gas grill, which is the nation’s fastest-growing sector in grill sales. Available in short and long versions and also in stainless steel or non-stick finish, this smoker box is designed to fit between the heat deflection bars right next to the flame to heat up quickly and send hardwood smoke wafting into grilled foods.

The Companion Group also is introducing the TurboQue, a fan that attaches to most gas grill rotisserie notches and combines convection technology with real wood smoke to reduce cooking times and add barbecue flavor.

In addition, the Emeryville, Calif.-based company designed a chili pepper shaped Jalapeno Roaster, perfect for outdoor barbecues or for tailgating at sporting events or the beach.

The PizzaQue pizza griller with stainless steel base and high-heat fired stone with attached thermometer makes a tasty, wood-fired style pizza right on the grill (or without the base, in the oven.)

These and other innovative products will be shown at the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Expo in Reno, Nev., March 19-21, booth 2811.
