Moses Yossef, former president and designer of Black Mountain Designs, has dissolved the Phoenix, Ariz.-based company and sold the assets, but still is designing and manufacturing its line of mid- to high-end wrought iron casual furniture under a new company, Black Mountain Patio Furniture Designs.
"We are doing well and still designing," Yossef said. "These designs, which I'm very proud of, had great success all over the world. I would like to thank all the dealers and customers who still support and call and trust me and my furniture." Black Mountain Designs' assets were sold to Innovative Surfaces, now known as Innovative Outdoor Design, after Yossef and his wife divorced, he said. A new line, the Princess Collection, will be introduced at the International Casual Furniture & Accessories Market in Chicago in September.
You can add me to one of the suckers. I spent over $10K with Moses when he was married (3 years ago), received my furniture and was very happy.
Then I had a cushion that looked like it caught fire from the sun (it was charred). It was not next to an outdoor fireplace or any thing.
Moses took my cushions and money - never to be heard from again. I went to Small Claims Court today and they said I cannot file a claim with a PO Box.
Does anyone have a physical address on this guy?

Someone help please we bought furniture it arrived but a year later the material was defective asked that he replace said we should have new material, my husband paid the money and he took our cushions with him now we have no cushions and since this happenend we heard he is serving time, does anyone know where he is or how to file an official complaint or how to contact his wife...desperate for answers..thanks

$$$$$ I am happy to say that we finally received our deposit back (with the help of Officer Mike Collins from our local Chandler Police Dept.) It would not have been possible without him, Thanks. (it took just under 4-MO to get back)

*help stop - the thief and con-artist, i too have been promissed furniture that has yet to come, over 3-months and have demanded my deposit back, he actually mailed me a hot check that has yet to see sufficiant funds. do not fall for his smooth talking, he is one thing a thief, his web site has no physical address and only leads you to his ex-wife''''s home, con artist all the way around

I also purchased furniture from Mr. Yossef the end of October and it still hasn't arrived. I also gave him a substantial deposit which has not been returned. This guy is not honest and should not be able to get away with this. My next call is to my lawyer and the police.
