Three Birds Casual, Shady Lady partner, open Las Vegas showroom

Staff -- Casual Living, 11/1/2006 12:00:00 AM

Three Birds Casual and Shady Lady Lighting have partnered and opened a permanent showroom on the first floor, Building 1, of the Las Vegas World Market Center in order for both companies to increase their presence and brand in the western part of the United States.

"We consider it strategically valuable to open up another showroom and partner with Shady Lady Lighting," said Ed Sena, director of sales and marketing for Three Birds Casual. "Not only is Shady Lady one of the top-of-mind brands in their industry, their outdoor lighting products wonderfully complement our outdoor teakwood furniture."

Shady Lady President Susie Morter is equally excited about the partnership. "Shady Lady sees an increasing demand from designers and commercial projects," Morter said. "Being in Vegas will increase our exposure to this growing segment of the lighting industry."

One of the fastest growth regions for Three Birds Casual is the western United States, Sena added. "We have seen significant organic growth in this area of the country and until recently, with little representation," he said.

The next Las Vegas Market will be held Jan. 29–Feb. 2, 2007.
