828 International named Wendy Noyes as account manager for Washington D.C., Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Based in Baltimore, Md., Noyes will focus on increasing 828's sales and market share by working with existing dealers and building new business with specialty retailers.

Noyes has more than 20 years of experience as a sales representative. Most recently, she has specialized in the high-end market, selling carpets and rugs throughout the New England area for several wool importers.
