Windward Design Group’s venue at the 2009 International Casual Furniture and Accessories Market proved to be a welcome return.

The overall atmosphere of the show seemed refreshing and upbeat as customers seemed drawn to the various splashes of color displayed throughout the booth. On display were promotional groups, classic collections and several categories of replacement cushions.
Founder and President David Peace was pleased with the traffic. His team recognized that there has been a shift of preference in the market toward domestic products. Windward’s extruded aluminum furniture collections encompass deep seating, cushion and sling groups as well as replacement cushions, all of which are exclusively produced in its Sarasota, Fla. facilities. The team at Windward is looking forward to a positive and productive 2010 season.
Windward Design Group also announces the addition of Kevin Gardiner to its sales organization. Gardiner brings a great deal of knowledge and experience and will represent Windward to specialty retailers in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
