Enesco signs licensing agreement with My Soul’s Window brand creator

Collection to debut this month at various trade shows

-- Casual Living, 1/7/2009 6:55:00 AM

Enesco, a leader in the gift, and home and garden decor industries, has signed a licensing agreement with Maggie Lindley, the artist and creative inspiration behind the My Soul’s Window brand.

Lindley’s uses of vivid colors, contemporary hand-painted images and heart-felt words have been important ingredients in the continued growth of the brand. My Soul’s Window joins Enesco’s portfolio of brands, each designed to assist its retail partners in growing their business by targeting and satisfying specific consumer needs.

“We are excited to begin this new relationship with Maggie Lindley and the My Soul’s Window brand,” said Matt Bousquette, executive chairman of Enesco. “Maggie is a successful, established artist who uniquely connects with her consumers by offering a window into her inner thoughts for all of us to view and honor the things that are really important – family, relationships and love.

“The addition of My Soul’s Window continues our quest to provide our customers with the premiere brands in the core categories that are necessary for continuous profitable growth,” Bousquette said.

“Joining the Enesco family was a perfect and natural fit,” Lindley said. “Enesco respects and nurtures artists like me to let us do what we love – create and design inspirational art – while it brings a world-class global sales, marketing and supply chain organization that will translate my art into high-quality products for sale around the world. I am excited to partner with Enesco’s team to unveil the new, refreshed My Soul’s Window line at the January 2009 gift shows in the U.S., Canada and the U.K.”

My Soul’s Window joins other recently added brands that include: The Potter’s Shed, Gund, The Boyds Collection, Our Name is Mud, Country Artists, Bob Olszewski’s Gallery of Light, philoSophie’s and Jubilee ArtT.
