Staff -- Casual Living, 7/1/2005 12:00:00 AM
Dallas-based Inside Out Patio & Fireplace filed for Chapter 7 voluntary bankruptcy earlier this spring, reporting estimated debts of nearly $2 million and assets of less than $50,000. Inside Out President John W. Matson closed the four stores of the chain that had operated for about 38 years in the Dallas area. Former owners LaVerne and Guy Roy were the biggest secured creditors with $300,000 owed in shares of common stock.
