Artisan House, designers and manufacturers of sculptural 3-D wall artwork for the home accents and casual industries, named Kelly Johnston as successor to the design director post held by B.J. Keith. Johnston has specialized in painting and freelance graphic, Web and product design for Sony Home Entertainment, Hauser Advertising and Special Olympics.

Patio Enclosures, based in Macedonia, Ohio, hired Steve Hossack as manager of its retail stores. Hossack replaces Rick Baker, who joined Sun-coast Furniture as national sales manager.

Tervis Tumbler Company promoted Laura A. Spencer chief operating officer. Spencer previously served as chief financial officer and comptroller for the Osprey, Fla.-based drinkware manufacturer. Last year, Spencer secured financing for the expanded headquarters and manufacturing facility now under construction.

Anthony Cilio, founder and former president of Campania International Inc., has joined Alfresco Home as director of product development and purchasing.

With more than 25 years experience in the home and garden industry, Cilio will be responsible for expanding Alfresco Home's product categories and developing new business opportunities.

Glenn Appel has replaced Cilio as president of Campania International.

Napoleon Appliance Corporation named Steve McAleese national sales manager. McAleese will head the sales force for the United States and Canada.
