HPBExpo heats up Outdoor Living

Hearth, Patio and Barbecue products and trends to be revealed

-- Casual Living, 3/5/2010 3:56:00 PM

The Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association’s annual Expo will feature more than 350 exhibits and attract 8,000 attendees representing the fireplace, barbecue and outdoor living industries.

Set for March 10-13 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, HPBExpo will sizzle with the latest cutting-edge products from affordable grills and smokers, to modern outdoor furnishings and kitchens, to cost-effective, energy- efficient fireplaces and stoves. Attendees will be among the first to experience the latest grilling gadgets, green-heat products and outdoor kitchens.

HPBExpo Green Pavilion: For the first time, HPBExpo highlights its greenest products — those that meet the significant tenets of being green, from production to energy efficiency for the homeowner.  The Pavilion includes an educational poster presentation on how a green label is achieved.

Outdoor Burn Area: Watch live grilling demonstrations on the latest grills and smokers and learn about the latest technology in fireplaces and stoves, fueled by wood, pellets, natural gas and propane. Plus, enjoy top-notch BBQ chefs – Ted Reader and Dr. BBQ Ray Lampe – as they whip-up delicacies on the barbecue.

Consumer Tax Credit: See firsthand a variety of clean-burning wood and pellet stoves and fireplace inserts that are eligible for consumers to earn a $1,500 federal tax credit, designed to encourage energy-conscious purchases.

New Product Pavilion: Don’t miss this one-stop shop of the latest technologies and products debuting at HPBExpo.
