Foremost Groups joins forces with Nasitra

Foremost Groups and Nasitra Casual signed a definitive agreement providing for the license of Nasitra Casual and its collections worldwide. The combined company, which will operate under the Veranda Classics name, will offer high-end specialty store products.
"A strategic agreement with Nasitra significantly advances our strategy of building a leading specialty store branded company with a comprehensive collection of high-end collections with design to meet the urgent needs of our dealers worldwide," said John Hunt, senior vice president of specialty stores and product development.
Combining Nasitra's high-end designs with Foremost Groups' development and marketing capabilities and distribution pipeline will make Veranda Classics as a premier casual furniture manufacturer, Hunt said.
