Southern Sales and Marketing names CEO

-- Casual Living, 3/1/2008 12:00:00 AM

Mark Traylor was named CEO of Southern Sales and Marketing Group as of Jan. 1. He replaces Ken Harbaugh, chairman of the board and majority shareholder of the company, who will focus on long-term strategic growth planning.

With 18 years experience in the home improvement/retail industry, Traylor has been president of Southern's sister company, TriLink Global, for the past three years, and will continue in that role.

Joe Fraser, now one year into his position of president of Southern Sales and Marketing, will continue to lead Southern. During Fraser's tenure, the company experienced the highest sales in its history, and operations and procedures have been made more efficient under his direction.

Dick Jefferson was appointed vice president of Southern Sales and Marketing Group. Formerly with TriLink Door and Molding, Jefferson has been affiliated with Southern Sales for the past three years. He will head the sales force for its Southwestern accounts, and will be headquartered in Dallas.

Drew Sfugaras was named director of sales and marketing for TriLink Global. Sfugaras has worked in the home improvement/casual living industry for the past 10 years, in positions ranging from merchant to regional and national sales management.
