CBK updates registration process for customers

CBK has updated its process to make online registration available for new customers.
The new procedure allows a customer to register, fill out the customer profile and place their first order with CBK online at cbkhome.com. In addition to its sales reps and customer service department, the feature allows customers more access to CBK. Another bonus is customers will have access to view and shop for items at times that are convenient to their lives.
Key features of the site include an easy-to-use search capability that enables the user to quickly find the product information they need, check order status and obtain account information. It provides secure transaction capabilities.
To register, go to www.cbkhome.com, and click on retailer/rep login.
Once customers reach the login page, there is a registration link with easy to follow instructions. Shortly after registration for www.cbkhome.com access is completed, the customer’s account will be activated allowing them 24/7 access to products.
Current CBK customers may also register online to place an order without having to call in to CBK. Once customers have logged in, they can simply click the link for current customers to register and fill out the forms as prompted. This will allow current customers to place an online order immediately.
A customer must have an e-mail address in order to register for online ordering.
