NEVER EVER buy anything from Pacific Casual LLC!! After buying a canopy and having it up for just over a month, the weld points failed and it collapsed! I filed a complaint with David Bravo. He asked for a whole bunch of info and I sent him a dozen pictures. Then he asked for what replacement parts I needed. I sent more pictures with a list. He said this was due to storm damge, too much rain on the canopy. The canopy is supposed to repel the rain. It was the weld points taht gave out!! I then emailed with Bridget Mara, who asked again for list of parts, she did not see some of the parts that I was asking for as damged. I sent videos and a dozen more pictures! Now, I can not get anyone to return an email or phone call! The parts are rusting and it was never going to last! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT!

I purchased a 10x12 gazebo, style 5LGZ2978A, 3 years ago. I love it! It went up easy-enough. Put it up in May and withstood every shower and storm that season. Took the canopy and screens down in October. Washed, dried and put away for the winter. Have since put the canopy and screens back up each May and down in October. Still holding-up strong. We might look to change the canopy and screens next spring only because it has gotten faded.

I PURCHASED A 15X12 GAZEBO FROM SEARS MADE BY PACIFIC CAUSALS. WE PUT IT UP TWICE, THIS BEING AFTER THE WARRANTY RAN OUT. IN THE MIDDLE OF A PICNIC IT STARTED TO RAIN AND THE CANOPY COLLAPSED, BREAKING 7 RODS. PACIFIC TELLS ME I SHOULD HAVE STAYED OUT IN THE RAIN AND TAKEN IT DOWN BECAUSE THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY NOT FOR RAIN. THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING AND I AM TRYING FOR RECOURSE THROUGH SEARS. THEY MAKE CRAPPY STUFF AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR RIPPING OFF CONSUMERS. DON''T BUY ANYTHING THAT THEY MAKE.

I bought a 15 x 10 pop up gazebo in which couldn not hold up in a 10mph wind. broke two side brakets which folded the top bending a center bar. three pieces needed to make this gazebo new again. Pacific casual doesn not offer replacement parts for this 239.00 gazebo only used twice. I am searching other avenues to go after this company for their lack of honoring the 1 year warranty which i beleive was the cause of this break to begin with. the warrenty per customer service is only good for 90 days. they customer warranty states 1 year. this is fraudulent in my book.
