Brown Jordan International and Hanamint Corporation have mutually agreed to discontinue their relationship for National Accounts and Direct Imports, but will continue to work together in the Specialty Retail channel.
"Hanamint has been a wonderful partner who we hope to collaborate with in the future," said Chris Carmicle, BJI's president, national accounts & direct imports division. "The dissolving of our relationship fits with BJI's initiative to consolidate and improve overall efficiencies and supply chain management. BJI's focus on product development is paramount to insure our success in this area."
BJI and Hanamint formed their strategic alliance in December 2002, when Hanamint became the exclusive supplier to BJI of cast aluminum products to its national account customers.
