ICFA to hold sales training webinar
Casual Living Staff -- Casual Living, April 22, 2013
HIGH POINT, N.C. - The International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA) is continuing to add to its online library of sales training webinars this year. The one-hour programs augment and promote the association's Sales Training Certificate Program.
The next webinar, "How to Use Technology to Build Your Own Personal Referral Network," is slated for May 9. It is the fifth ICFA sales training webinar offered in 2013.
The webinars are presented by Greg Welsh, author of the ICFA Sales Training Certificate Program. They are free for ICFA members and $95 per person for non-members. Registration is available online at www.icfanet.org. Sales associates from ICFA-member companies can refer back to the online library of training webinars at any time to refresh their training or to focus on a specific skill set.
The one-hour webinars help support the certificate program, which consists of three training DVDs and three tests. Upon successful completion of all three tests, the sales associate is awarded a certificate and a pin. The DVDs are $99 each for ICFA members, or $297 for all three levels. Non-members pay $795 for the three-level set.
Patios Plus, a leading outdoor furnishings retailer in Rancho Mirage, Calif., was the first retail ICFA member to have its entire sales team complete the Sales Training Certificate Program.
