Three Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Ravioli
Serves 4

16 fresh Cheese and Spinach stuffed raviolis from the deli section
Italian Dressing with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
Bull Cajun rub
Pesto sauce

Place raviolis along with Italian dressing and a generous helping of Bull Cajun rub into a large Ziplock bag and toss contents well, let set for 30 mins.


Heat cleaned and oiled grill to medium high, then cook raviolis on grill tray for 3 to 4 minutes or until they start to puff up.

Flip over and brush heavily with pesto sauce, cook for 3 to 4 more minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from grill and let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Cheesy Shrimp Jalapenos
Serves 4
16 large fresh jalapenos
8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces lightly grilled shrimp
2 tablespoons fresh dill

Clean and core jalapenos and place into Bull chili pepper grill rack. Mix cream cheese with dill and chopped shrimp, stuff into each jalapeno.

Place rack on grill at high heat, cook until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Grilled Greek Caesar Salad
Serves 4

2 heads Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 cup Caesar dressing Olive Oil
Kosher salt
Pepper

Preheat grill to high heat and make sure grates are cleaned and oiled. Split each head of lettuce lengthwise. Drizzle over the cut side of each half evenly with a tablespoon or two of oil. Season the cut side of each half with salt and pepper. Grill with the cut side down over direct heat for about 1-2 minutes or you see char marks and the lettuce slightly wilts. Remove to a sheet pan, sprinkle evenly with the crumbled feta cheese and let cool. Drizzle each half with an equal amount of dressing and serve.

Grilled Dessert Apples
Serves 4

2 tart apples
1/2 cup water 1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat grill for medium heat. Core and cut apples into 1/4 inch slices. Combine water and lemon juice in a large bowl, then add apple slices to mixture, and in a separate bowl combine cinnamon and sugar for after apples are grilled. Place apples on grill griddle and allow them to cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar just prior to serving, serve warm!
