ThermoSpas launches casual furniture, garden dealer program

ThermoSpas, manufacturers of hot tubs, swim spas and outdoor living products, launched a dealer program designed specifically for outdoor living, casual furniture and garden center retailers. Central to this new program is both an exclusive dealer spa line not available anywhere else in the United States, but also free delivery, customer care and service on hot tubs sold by participating dealers. In addition, ThermoSpas will provide free sales leads, developed daily through the company’s multi-million dollar ad campaign, to dealer partners.
ThermoSpas is able to offer dealers this of its unique nationwide service and delivery program. This program has been critical to the success and growth of ThermoSpas’ direct to the consumer program. While many dealers enjoy selling hot tubs, most would prefer not to be burdened with delivery, service, warranty and customer complaint issues. ThermoSpas decided to provide this service as part of its new dealer program.
Second, ThermoSpas developed a highly successful spa line for its European market that will be offered exclusively to U.S. dealers under the name of Sparta Spas. In 2006, Thermospas enhanced its European presence and developed a full line of hot tubs with a European flair. In 2007, this product line has become one of the fastest growing spa lines in Europe. ThermoSpas has provided these new models to its European distributor with protective distribution rights in Europe and select areas of the Middle East and kept the rights for the sale in the United Kingdom and North America under its control.
In brief, once the dealer purchases the Sparta Spa, ThermoSpas delivery will contact the customer to set up a delivery date. Its “white glove” delivery process includes not only delivery and installation, but a complete spa indoctrination. ThermoSpas will handle all customer calls, complaints and customer warranty issues along with future on-going service related issues. The dealer will receive a 20% commission at the end of each month on all future customer orders of chemicals, accessories, filters, covers, etc. from ThermoSpas or thermospas.com.
In addition to all of the services included in the purchase of the hot tub, ThermoSpas will provide to the dealer the following: Free leads generated through its multi-million dollar ad campaign and ongoing training assistance along with support during sales events. The dealer will be selling the European spa line under the name Sparta but will be allowed and encouraged to use the ThermoSpas name in the assistance of the sale process. ThermoSpas will assist dealers in enhancing their marketing and advertising program along with providing unique marketing tools to help promote the product line.
This innovative turn-key program by ThermoSpas can minimize customer complaints related to hot tubs and allow dealers to focus on what they do best: sell. Overall, it will help make the hot tub process a more positive one throughout the industry.
The target market is small to mid-sized dealers that do not have strong delivery and service capabilities. It will also include dealers of related products that have showroom availability but have not sold spas due to the service related problems they are not equipped to handle. The turnkey Sparta line of hot tubs will make it simple for them to add hot tub sales to their business.
