Lafuma debuts Futura Clipper
September 4, 2007,
Lafuma, a French manufacturer of outdoor and interior furniture, is introducing the innovative Futura Clipper multi-position folding recliner with a cinematic recline system for the 2008 season.
To differentiate itself from other zero gravity recliners, the Futura features removable fabric suspended by clipped elastic bands made from injected Elastomer, a patented seat suspension system by Lafuma. Available in nine colors and fabric styles, the Futura Clipper is also available in an XL size. Wood armrests are featured on certain colors making the chair attractive for interior or exterior use.
Lafuma, which boasts a dozen recliners with different fabrics and color schemes, has established itself as a reference for quality outdoor and camping furniture. To maintain its leadership position, Lafuma keeps raising its standards, investing every year in research to achieve technical innovation and even better designed products. Lafuma furniture is manufactured 100% in France, in the same locality where the firm started in 1930 and it has withstood the arrival of innumerable imitation and the invasion of imported products.
