Veranda Classics to open new Merchandise Mart showroom

CHICAGO– Veranda Classics by Foremost , outdoor furniture and fire pit specialty retail brand of Foremost Groups, Inc., will open a new showroom on the 16th floor of the Merchandise Mart for Casual Market Chicago, Sept. 16-19. The new showroom, #1650, boasts more than 9,000 square feet of space.
“Veranda Classics will be introducing a variety of innovative new products at the Casual Market. Our new showroom on the 16th floor will more than double our current showroom space, allowing us to highlight our new table tops and gas fire pits featuring our exciting TerraFab Technology. Other market introductions will include six new collections in cast aluminum, sling and all-weather wicker designed by award winning designer Robert Taunton and his team,” said Daniel Jelley, senior VP, product design and development, outdoor division, Foremost Groups, Inc.
Veranda Classics by Foremost offers traditional and contemporary outdoor furniture made of weather resistant materials. They offer a wide range of seating, table and fire pit options with a host of different frame finishes, table tops and materials.
“We are excited to welcome Veranda Classics to the Mart where they will join our impressive lineup of leading brands. The move to the Design Center from another facility further confirms that the Mart is the place to be for the Casual Furnishings industry and they couldn’t have picked a better time to open a permanent showroom during the September Casual Market,” said Byron Morton, VP of leasing, the Merchandise Mart.
