Kristin O’Brien joins Casual Living as national sales manager

Brings 14 years of sales experience in the casual and hospitality industries

Kristin O’Brien has joined Casual Living magazine as national sales manager, Casual Living Publisher Norman Hamilton announced this week.

O’Brien brings 14 years of sales, marketing and account management experience to the Casual Living team. For the past seven years, she has been selling print advertising and providing marketing services for companies in the patio, hearth and barbecue industries as the top-selling advertising manager for Hearth & Home magazine, a national trade publication. Prior to her employment with Hearth & Home, O’Brien’s background was in the hospitality industry as director of group sales & events for two resort properties in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.

“I am extremely excited to be joining such a fantastic team,” O’Brien said. “The Casual Living family is a group of very talented and knowledgeable individuals who believe that if you can imagine it, we can make it happen. When Norman Hamilton presented me with the opportunity to join the Casual Living team under Sandow Media’s new ownership, I was very impressed with their philosophy, visions and business expertise that it was an opportunity I could not resist. I look forward to continuing to assist those in the industry I have developed relationships with over the past seven years, and cultivating new relationships as well.”
