GRANVILLE, N.Y. — Telescope Casual Furniture, a leading manufacturer and marketer of outdoor furniture is launching a new line of Solid Surface Acrylic Table Tops for the 2010 Season.

Certified Green by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS), these tabletops are manufactured with with a minimum of 72% Pre-consumer Recycled Acrylic Content. Pre-consumer recycled acrylic content means that the material used is diverted from the waste stream during the manufacturing process. Remnant pieces of solid surface are hammer-milled into granules and used in a mix to make a new product. These remnants would be destined for the landfill had Telescope not recycled them.

Solid Surface imitates stone surface and is incredibly smooth to the touch. Perfect for both home and contract applications, this nonporous material cleans easily and stains don't penetrate the surface.

The new Solid Surface Acrylic tables are available in 13 sizes and 6 colors, adding to Telescope's already extensive table selection. Telescope Casual provides15-year residential and five-year contract warranties.
