Williamsburg blends style with American stories

Showing products from three new licensees at summer markets

Casual Living Staff -- Casual Living, 7/11/2010 8:58:00 AM

Williamsburg's extensive product introductions at the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market this week blend the styles of today with stories of the past.

With new product introductions from six licensees - including three new relationships - and presence in more than 10 additional showrooms, Williamsburg will debut new products in a variety of home and gift categories. New introductions include collectibles, garden accessories, bedding, paper goods, décor accents, and more.

Winward will extend its Williamsburg collection from the holiday season to the rest of the year, with a new line of permanent florals and coordinating home accents. These new designs are infused with the elegance of the gardens found throughout Colonial Williamsburg's Historic Area, complementing various colors found in décor today.

Caspari's new Williamsburg Snowflake Collection was inspired by textiles found in the collections of The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. The collection of paper products is perfect for holiday and winter entertaining.

C&F Enterprises will grow the Williamsburg Devon Bedding collection, launching the pattern in cranberry. In addition to bedding, Williamsburg Devon will also be available in quilted tabletop, kitchen towels, an apron and a hooked rug.

Williamsburg's three new licensees - Creative Co-Op, Department 56 and Jim Shore, will show their inaugural collections for Williamsburg. Creative Co-Op's extensive introduction of assorted gifts, home décor and garden accents offers something for every style and every room of the house.

Enesco will co-brand Williamsburg products with Department 56 and Jim Shore. Department 56 will introduce a variety of finely detailed lighted buildings and coordinated figures, a timeless take on Colonial Williamsburg's Historic Area. Celebrated American folk artist Jim Shore will debut various collectibles, including the first in a forthcoming series of trades people.

Visitors to the Creative Co-Op showroom can enter to win a Colonial Williamsburg getaway for two.
